Last Updated: Jan 21, 2015 11:55AM PST

For each Peer-to-Peer campaign created you will have a handful of reports that are automatically created for you within your Campaign Overview under the Reports tab.

Within the Campaign Overview you can generate these Reports:

A. Transactions Report
B. Fundraising Pages Report
C. Fundraisers Teams Report
D. Recurring Donors Report

Before diving into the specific reports here are some useful tools available on each report.
Quick Find- Quickly locate what you are looking for with a simple search with known information like name or email address
Filters- Narrow down the report to those with specific information. i.e. only want to see online donations, or fundraisers who have raised over $500
Columns- Add or remove columns from the report to see the data that you want, or add all columns
Email- Send an email to the contacts in the report. (*there is a 1000 email limit on the platform)
Export- Download a CSV file of the report to be used in a spreadsheet program, or push the contacts in the report to your Mailchimp Integration

A. Transactions Report

The Transactions Report contains all donations made to your Peer-to-Peer campaign. The top of the page will show you roll up numbers of your current view for Total Raised, Net Raised, Fees, Number of Transactions, Average Transaction Size, Online Transactions %, Online donation amount, and Offline donation amount raised. The report itself follows listing all Online and Offline donations for the campaign including an option to Edit the donation.

B. Fundraising Pages Report

The Fundraising Pages lists all individual fundraising pages that have been created for a particular campaign with a line-by-line breakdown of your fundraisers information including an Edit option, a link to their live page, and the answers to their custom questions.

C. Fundraising Teams Report

The Fundraising Teams Report lists all fundraising teams associated with a campaign. Once again the roll up numbers pertain to the view of the report. As an account administrator you can Edit the team's Name, assign a captain, adjust the goal, or even set a Vanity URL for the team.

D. Recurring Donors Report

A Recurring Donors Report lists all of your recurring donors for a specific campaign. You can check on the status of a recurring donation and cancel or edit the recurring profile.
