Delete Offline Registrations

Deleting an Offline Registration/Ticket is super easy and this support article will guide you through the steps.

1. Build a Transactions Report
2. Find the Offline Registration/Ticket
​3. Edit and Delete the Offline Registration/Ticket

 

1. Build a Transactions Report

From your Charity Dashboard hover over the Reports Tab and select Transactions

2. Find the Offline Registration/Ticket

Use the Quick Find tool to locate the Offline Registration/Ticket

Begin typing in any of the fields with info that you know about the Offline Registration/Ticket

Scroll to the right in the report to verify the Pay Method as Offline

 

3. Edit and Delete the Offline Registration/Ticket

Scroll back to the left of the report and click the Edit Icon for that Transaction

On the Registration/Ticket Edit screen click Delete in the upper right had corner to remove the Offline Registration/Ticket and confirm on the module that appears
