Registration with Fundraising Reporting Guide

Last Updated: Jul 24, 2018 01:36PM PDT

Registration with Fundraising events are one of Classy's signature campaign types. They can be extremely powerful fundraising opportunities for your organization because they combine the functionality of a registration event with the potential reach of a Peer-to-Peer campaign. When executed effectively, there is no greater fundraising tool. That being said, they also produce vast amounts of data for your organization to manage before and after your event. To help you make sense of all of the valuable data you collect, we have broken down each report found within your event's Campaign Manager.

To jump to a particular report, choose one below:

A. Attendees Report
B. Transactions Report
C. Fundraising Teams Report
D. Recurring Donors Report

A. Attendees Report

The Attendees Report contains all of the information that relates specifically to each registrant that will be attending your event. In addition to all of the valuable information that is collected for each of your registrants already, if you have set up any Custom Questions for any of your registration types, you can find and track your registrant's answers to those questions here. If one of your registrants ever reaches out to your organization about editing any of their answers to your custom questions, you can do that by following these simple steps!

C. Fundraising Teams Report

One of the most useful tools that lies within the Fundraising Teams Report is the ability to manage which fundraiser is set as a team’s captain, or Team Lead. The Team Captain is the only fundraiser that will have the ability to edit or manage the team page. Changing the Team Lead will be important when you are creating and managing Peer-to-Peer campaigns or Registration with Fundraising events, especially if you force your fundraiser’s to join ready-made teams. In addition, as an admin, you have the ability to manage a Team Page’s Vanity URL within the Fundraising Teams Report.
