This Support Article will help you to use Classy's Classic reporting features. An improved version of reporting is now available via the Classy Manager.
Classy Classic provides a reporting system to organize all of the data that you collect through campaigns. These reports are highly customizable, and specific reports tailored to your needs can be built utilizing the different columns and filters available. Below are a couple of tips for navigating reports including information on:

Access Classy Classic
Log in to your Classy Account and navigate to the Classic Dashboard by clicking your avatar on the top right-hand side of the screen and selecting Switch to the Classic Admin. If this dropdown menu says Switch to Classy Manager, you're already where you need to be in the Classic Admin.
From the Classic Admin Dashboard, hover over the Reports tab, and select the report you would like to view. The images in this article will use Transactions reports as an example.
You can control the columns that are displayed when viewing a specific report. For example, you might want to see information pertaining to Dedications within a Transactions Report or you may want to hide the Page Title in the Fundraising Pages report because it isn't needed. You can do just that using the Columns button of the report.
By clicking on the Columns button you can select or deselect certain columns pertaining to the specific report you are viewing. This is a great way to include more or less information on the report.
The Quick Find feature allows you to quickly search for certain records within a report. For example, in the Transaction Report you can use Quick Find to search by Transaction ID, Campaign Name, Email and Status (Online, Offline Refunds or Chargebacks).
The Filter tool allows you to select specific fields to filter by. You will also have to set the value of the filter to indicate the range of data you would like pulled. For example, if you filter by the "tickets" field, you can set the filter to "greater than or equal to" a certain value. You can also apply multiple filters to dive deeper into the data you are specifically interested in viewing. For example, perhaps you are looking for all ticket purchases where a discount code was utilized. In this case, you would want to add two filters, ticket and discounted amounts. Notice how as each new filter is setup, the top roll-up stats will adjust to only include the data shown in your reports.
We know how important it is for your organization to have quick and easy access to your data. That’s why we have roll up stats at the top of every report. You can view information like transacting versus non-transacting fundraisers and gross versus net raised. Remember, the top rollup stats will adjust based on the filters you have set for a single report. For example, if you’ve filtered your report to show the donations that have come in from one fundraiser, the top rollup stats will only include the total raised by that single fundraiser, not for the entire campaign.
The Date Filter can be found at the top of every report. To change the date range on any report, click where it says “Last 30 Days” and update the date ranges you would like to sort your data by.
Add Offline Donations
To add Offline Donations simply hover over the Reports Tab and select Add Offline Donations.
To export a report select Export next to the report and you will be able to export the data as a CSV file.
