This support article will teach you how to use the attendee management tool to edit report records.

1. How to Manage Attendees and Fundraisers

From the Overview Tab, use the search field to locate the attendee whose information needs to be edited. Click on their record to pull up slider on the right. The two different records that can be edited are the Attendee Record and the Fundraising Page Record.

A. Attendee Record
To edit the attendee record, click on edit. The first name, last name, email, and answers to custom questions can be edited. Don’t forget to click save!

Please Note: Editing the attendee record only changes the record information in the Attendees Report, and will make no additional changes to related records such as fundraising pages or fundraiser logins. This tool’s primary function is to help with data report integrity. This is particularly helpful if your organization relies on the Attendee Report to print brochure information, make race packets, generate roster lists, etc.

Data changes made to the attendee record will only reflect in the Attendees Report:

B. Fundraising Page
To edit the Fundraising Page record, click on edit next to the record you want to change.

The fields below can be changed in the Fundraising Page record.

Fundraiser Nickname: This is the display name that appears on a fundraising page
Page headline: This caption appears below the fundraiser nickname
End date: Fundraiser’s proposed fundraising deadline
