How to Add A Campaign Contact

Give your donors a quick way to reach you in case they have any questions regarding their donation.

1. Manage Your Campaign
2. Navigate to the Details Tab
3. Add Campaign Contact

From the Fundraising Tab, select the campaign you'd like to manage.

 

2. Navigate to the Details Tab

Select details, and navigate to Campaign Contact

 

3. Add Campaign Contact

 

We recommend listing the primary campaign contact's information, as this is who your supporters will want to contact if they have any questions about the campaign. 

That’s it! Once these steps have been completed the Campaign Contact will appear on the right side of the footer of the donation page as pictured below:
