How to Change the Answer to a Custom Question through the Classy Manager

The Classy Manager allows for transactions to be quickly viewed and and edited. Sometimes, the answer to a custom question might need to be changed from what had been first entered. This support article will walk through how to make those changes.

1. Navigate to the Classy Manager
2. Select ‘transactions’
3. Click to edit in the Transaction Record
4. Edit Answer to Custom Question

 

1. Navigate to the Classy Manager

From the classic dashboard view, you can click on the avatar in the top right hand of the screen.

2. Select ‘transactions’

Once in the Classy Manager, select the transactions section to gain access to a list of all transactions that have gone through your Classy account.

3. Click to edit in the Transaction Record

Similar to the transactions report in classic reporting, the transactions listing displays all transactions throughout the life of your Classy account.

From here, use the filtering and/or search function to locate the specific transaction record in need of editing. Click on the transaction record’s ID to open up the transaction record.

4. Edit Answer to Custom Question

Click the edit button within the supporter subsection, to edit the answers to custom questions associated with the transaction and toggle the anonymity within the activity feed on/ off.
