Classy’s reporting makes viewing your information easier than ever. While we invite you to build, save, and share your own custom saved reports, there are simple default general reports to serve as a guide to build off of and explore high-level information.
Here we will define each of the general reports offered through the Reports tab within the Classy Manager. Each default general report corresponds to a different type of record within Classy.
The Transactions Report includes all transactions made including both registration purchases as well as one-time and recurring donations.
Clicking on the transaction ID opens the transaction record. Within the transaction record, all details specific to that transaction can be viewed and edited. Clicking on the campaign name opens the corresponding campaign overview page.
The Supporters Report contains high-level information related to the supporters of your organization. Supporters in Classy are matched on an email address and used to keep track of an individual’s activity with your Classy account.
In this report, you may click on any one of your supporters to view the supporter record.
Recurring Giving Plans
The Recurring Giving Plans report shows all recurring giving plans associated with your Classy account.
If you know the specific column name you are looking to add to the report, you can type ahead in the ‘search’ field. Otherwise, click on the column grouping to see relevant column options under that grouping.
Clicking on any one record in this report will take you to the specific recurring giving plan record while clicking on the campaign name will open the corresponding campaign overview page.
Use The Campaigns Report to see how your campaigns are performing. This report will show all campaigns regardless of its current status.
Clicking on any one campaign name within this report will take you to the corresponding campaign overview section.
Use The Fundraising Teams report to see which fundraising teams are performing the best. This list will include all fundraising team pages associated with either a peer-to-peer campaign or a registration with fundraising campaign.
Clicking on the team captain’s name in this report will lead you to the team captain’s supporter record.

Use The Fundraising Pages Report to see which individual fundraising pages are raising the most money. This list will include all individual fundraising pages associated with either a peer-to-peer campaign or a registration with fundraising campaign.
