How do I Customize my Donation Checkout Page?

You are able to customize the donation checkout page for each fundraising campaign you create. Once you've finished creating your campaign, just follow the steps below to customize and brand your checkout page:

1. Locate your Donation Page Customization Screen
2. Edit your Donation Page Headline and Supporting Appeal
3. Set the Appeal Details
4. Set the Dedication Settings
5. Set FAQs
6. Set the last of Additional Settings
7. Save and Finish

 

1. Locate your Donation Page Customization Screen

To customize the donation checkout page for a fundraising event you've created, select the Edit tab from your Fundraiser Overview Page.

2. Edit your Donation Page Headline and Supporting Appeal

You can customize your donation page headline (the message that appears at the top of the page), as well as the appeal message that appears below the headline. You can even set the button text the donor sees when submitting their donation.

3. Set the Appeal Details

Then choose your donation amounts. You can change the Donation Amounts that donors can choose from. You can take it one step further by pre-selecting an amount for the "Other" field (or you can leave it at $0 and let donors choose their own).
You can then select the Donation Page Settings to default to either a one-time donation, a monthly recurring donation, or to provide only for monthly donations with no other option. 

4. Set the Dedication Settings

You can enable/disable certain donation dedication aspects for your campaign. You can enable sending dedication emails to honorees, and even include an eCard (*Pro Feature only). If you wish to send Postal Mail you can enable the collection of contact information for the honoree. Check this out for more information on Dedication settings.

5. Set FAQs

Each donation checkout page has a FAQs section. Here you can set language for the tax deductibility or you can add custom FAQs. *UPDATE* You can now add more than that one custom FAQ!! Yay!

6. Set the last of Additional Settings

The last section has various settings you may want to enable or disable. You can allow someone to leave a comment, donate anonymously, contact opt-in, and you can ask the donor if they would like to cover the transaction fees.

7. Save and Finish

Hit Save and you're done! Remember you can edit this page at anytime throughout your campaign.
