In this support article, we will provide a quick tour of your account and some definitions, so when we jump in you’ll know exactly what’s being described and where to find it.
The Classy Manager
Our new Organization Dashboard, the Classy Manager, is the first page you see after you log in. This powerful new tool lets you navigate the Classy platform with ease, check on the overall health of your campaigns, and see a more complete picture of how supporters interact with your organization.
The Classy Manager will eventually replace the old Classy Dashboard to give organizations the most powerful and intuitive tools available. If you still want to access and tour the Classic Organization Dashboard, please visit this support article.
Home tab: The home tab opens your Activity Wall which gives high-level fundraising metrics and insight into the individual supporter actions that make up your campaigns. You can also comment on the activity to generate an email to the supporter for easy engagement.
Campaigns tab: After accessing the Classy Manager, you will land in this tab where you can navigate from campaign to campaign and create new campaigns.
Supporters tab: This tab is designed to simultaneously offer a high-level overview of those who interact with your organization, as well as provide an opportunity to take a deep dive into the specific actions they have engaged in throughout the life of your Classy account.
Transactions tab: All transactions throughout the life of your Classy account appear in this tab.
Recurring Giving tab: Organizations are able to make various edits to recurring giving plans here.
Reports tab: Reporting in the Classy Manager is more powerful than ever. Access detailed reports here.
API + Apps: The Classy API is a robust toolset to supplement your use of Classy. They require your team’s web development team to implement but allow you to expand the platform’s integration and reach. Use this tab to request an API token. Learn more about the Classy API in our developer’s center.
Settings tab: This is where the highest level details of your organizational account can be set and modified.
