A Tour of Your Account

First, we’ll provide you with a quick tour of your account and some definitions, so when we jump in you’ll know exactly what’s being described and where to find it. Here's what you'll see when you first login. This is the Classic Organization Dashboard.

A. Dashboard: Your organizational dashboard is the first page you see after you login. This shows you campaign activity and a quick snapshot of the number of fundraisers, supporters (donors), and total raised. 

B. Fundraising Tab: The fundraising tab is where you will create, launch, and manage all your campaigns.

C. Reports Tab: Reports help you track and improve your fundraising results, add offline donations, and export data from Classy. 

D. Settings Tab: Any info related to your account, transaction fee rate, admins, and org info lives here. Come here to add or remove admins, set notification emails, edit your address, and add program designations.

E. API: The Classy API is a robust toolset to supplement your use of Classy. They require your team’s web development team to implement but allow you to make Classy the core of your fundraising operations by expanding the product’s integration and reach. Use this tab to request an API token. Learn more about the Classy API in our Developers Center.

F. Extensions: The extensions tab houses our out-of-the-box integrations. If you need to implement Google Analytics, MailChimp, Constant Contact, DonateDouble, or the Salesforce Integration (Classy + Salesforce clients only), manage them from this tab.

G. Resources: We have a whole team of writers who are constantly creating new resources to support your use of Classy. Learn everything from social media best practices to CRM tips to email marketing. If you ever feel stuck on campaign ideas or strategy, come here first.

Our new Organization Dashboard, the Classy Manager, is currently in beta. The Classy Manager is a powerful new tool to navigate the Classy platform with ease, check on the overall health of your campaigns and see a more complete picture of how your supporters interact with your organization.  To access the Classy Manager click on the avatar in the top right hand of the screen and select Try the new Classy Manager.

After accessing the Classy Manager, you will land in the Campaigns tab where you can navigate easily from campaign to campaign and create new campaigns.

The Supporters tab has been designed to simultaneously offer a high-level overview of those who interact with your organization, as well as provide an opportunity to drill down further and see what specific actions they have engaged in throughout the life of your Classy account.

The Transactions tab displays all transactions throughout the life of your Classy account.  

Organizations are able to make various edits to recurring giving plans through the Recurring Giving tab.

Reporting in the Classy Manager is more powerful than ever in the Reports tab.

The Settings tab is where the highest level details of your organizational account can be set and modified.
