Add a Campaign Contact to Your Crowdfunding Campaign

Give your donors a quick way to reach you in case they have any questions by adding a Campaign Contact to your Crowdfunding campaign. 

1. Locate the Campaign Details
2. Select Campaign Contact
3. Add an Email and Phone Number
4. Where Campaign Contact Information Appears

 

1. Locate the Campaign Details

Navigate to the Fundraising Tab of your Dashboard and click the Manage button for your Crowdfunding campaign. 
 Next locate the crowdfunding campaign's Edit Tab and select Campaign. Then click on Details.

2. Select Campaign Contact

3. Add an Email and Phone Number

The contact Email is a required field. By default we use your organization's email. You can also add a preferred Phone Number, although this field isn't required. As always, don't forget to save your changes.

4. Where Campaign Contact Information Appears

The campaign contact will appear in the default footer on each page of your Classy Crowdfunding campaign.



 

*Keep in mind that the contact email address does not set notifications. Administrator Notifications can only be set at the charity level under your Settings Tab.
