Classy offers WePay as our preferred Payment Processor for our Nonprofit clients. Although we still offer payment services through PayPal and Authorize.net, WePay provides unique features based on direct feedback from our clients. Here are some of those benefits:
AUTOMATIC DIRECT DEPOSIT- With WePay, you can access your funds in real-time and setup automatic transfers to your bank account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
INSTANT ACCOUNT APPROVAL- Setup and create a WePay account for free. Get approved instantly to start accepting payments right away.
LOW TRANSACTION FEE- WePay charges a transaction fee of 2.2% plus $0.30. Additional 1% fee for AMEX or international charges. No additional fees.
NO CHARGEBACKS- $0 for chargebacks with WePay compared to $15 with PayPal.
PROTECTION FROM FRAUD- WePay has been able to reduce losses by over 75% year over year without adding any additional fields to signup or checkout – resulting in a great user experience. If you haven't done so already, you can set up your WePay Account for free, in seconds, by clicking the link below:
CLASSY FEES ARE TAKEN OUT AT THE TIME OF TRANSACTION- WePay allows Classy to insert ourselves at the time of transaction, which means we do not need to invoice you monthly to collect our fees like we do with PayPal and Auth.net users.
100% OF DONATION WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR MISSION WHEN CLASSY MODE IS SELECTED- Because WePay’s transaction fee of 2.2% + $0.30 is known to us, when a donor selects to cover processing fees, both the Classy and WePay fee will be added to their donation total. This means that 100% of the donor’s intended donation will go towards your mission. Since the payment processing fee for PayPal and Authorize.net is unknown to Classy, only the Classy transaction fee would be covered when a donor choses to cover transaction fees with either of these payment processors.
WEPAY’S CUSTOMER SUPPORT- WePay has a customer service team dedicated to assisting their clients. Should you encounter any questions regarding any transactions, Classy can reach out your behalf to seek resolution. Or you can reach out directly here.Setting Up Your WePay Account
