It's important that your organization's information is always up-to-date in Classy. Your organization's logo, signature, and EIN are pulled into the automatically generated donation receipt emails so it's critical that the information is current.
To update your organization's information:
1. Navigate to the Classy Manager
From the classic dashboard view, click on the avatar in the top right hand of the screen and select "Try the new Classy Manager."
2. Navigate to the Settings tab
The Settings tab Classy Manager is where the highest level details of your organizational account can be set and modified.
3. Click to Edit Organizational Settings
Opening the ‘organization’ editor will allow you to edit high-level organizational information, including name, EIN, social media links, and Classy Mode.
Take particular care to note the ‘primary account contact’ this is the contact to which all critical product updates and announcements will go to. If you wish for these notifications to go to multiple people. Please set up a new email address for this specific purpose and then configure the new email address to forward all messages to the relevant individuals.
