Classy for Salesforce allows you to utilize the power of Salesforce with your Classy data. Below is a list of some frequently asked questions regarding the integration.

How do I install Classy for Salesforce?

What data (objects and fields) does Classy for Salesforce utilize?

Our technical documentation give you in-depth information about how data flows between Classy and Salesforce.

Why can't I find my data?

There are several reasons for this, but often they pertain to your object layout or field-level security based on your Salesforce permissions. Salesforce has a great Data Security module that looks at these settings in-depth. If you are still are unable to find your data, reach out to us at salesforce-support@classy.org.

How can I grant Classy support access to my Salesforce account?

You can grant us access to your Salesforce account by following the steps below.
1. Login to Salesforce
2. Under your name select *My Settings*
3. On the menu on the left choose *Personal*
4. Then select *Grant Account Login Access*
5. Look for *StayClassy Support* and use the drop down to select the length of time. (preferably at least 1 week)

How can I make a test transaction that will appear in Salesforce?

After setting up Classy for Salesforce, you can make test transactions to a campaign that is in status "Draft Mode" using your card information. These will not be charged. The transaction will appear in Salesforce as stage "Closed Lost". Note: Test transactions cannot be made for a campaign that is in status "Unpublished". Also, test transactions will not display in Classy reporting once it's published.

Note: Currently, test transactions are only available with our classic campaign types.

Will my old data automatically sync to Salesforce?

No, data begins flowing from Classy to Salesforce once you first setup the integration. If you have a small amount of historical data, our team can help re-sync records so that they appear in Salesforce. Our tool is only built for small transfer, so for large amounts of historical data (i.e. 100+ transactions) we will do our best to accommodate, however it's up to you to ensure your data integrity.
