The Classy Care team is a group of friendly, knowledgeable people who want to help you succeed on the platform. This support article will explain how to get in touch with Classy Care.

 

Contacting Care Quick Look

  • You can contact Classy Care by sending an email here.

  • Classy Care phone and live chat hours for paid customers are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST. 

  • Our Support Center, blog, and resources are always available.

Contacting Care from Classy Manager

The Help Widget:

The button to access Classy Care always lives in the top right-hand corner of your account. Live chat option is available for paid customers. The Help link is available to all and takes you to the Classy Support Center where you can view support articles. 

The Classy Manager Homepage:

You can also contact Classy Care via the Classy Manager Homepage. Click home to access the Activity Wall. To the right of the activity wall, you can find quick access links to the Support Center and the Care Team.

Contacting Care from the Classic Dashboard

If you are in the Classic Admin Dashboard, the method for contacting Classy Care will be a little different.

Use the button to access our support center, resources, and live chat (paid customers). You can also leave us feedback, make a product suggestion, and read about the latest product updates.
