How Do I Purchase a Registration and Claim My Fundraising Page?

As part of this Registration with Fundraising event, we’ll automatically generate a fundraising page for you so friends and family can donate. This support article will walk you through how to purchase a registration and claim your fundraising page. 

1. Select How You Would Like to Register
2. Reserve Tickets
3. Complete Billing Information
4. Claim Your Fundraising Page

 

1. Select How You Would Like to Register

Click on Register to begin the registration process.

You’ll be asked how you would like to register: as an individual, join a team, or create a new team. Note: should you change your mind later, you can easily join a team, create a team, or leave a team through your fundraising page dashboard after you’ve completed registration.

A) As An Individual

Registering as an individual will bring you to the ticket selection page. If you’d like to fundraise as part of a team after you complete the individual registration process, you can always join or create a team from your fundraiser dashboard.

B) Join a Team

Select which team you would like to join. The checkout cart will acknowledge the number of attendees added to the team.

C) Create a team

Create a team by filling out the required fields for team name, team goal, and page headline when prompted. On the ticket selection page, you should see your created team as an itemized cart product.

2) Reserve Tickets

Select which ticket(s) you would like to purchase. Each selected ticket will show up as an itemized cart product. If you would like to remove a ticket from your cart, click on the remove link under the cart item. Clicking on next will automatically reserve the selected tickets while you continue to complete the checkout process.

The next step is to fill out attendee information.

You'll have the option to add a donation in addition to your ticket purchase

3. Complete Billing Information

Put in billing information, and click on purchase.


 

Once the purchase is complete, you should land on a Thank You confirmation page with further instructions.



 

Click on "view" to check out the team and/or individual pages of the attendees you just registered.

4. Claim Your Fundraising Page

To manage and edit your fundraising page, please look for a "Claim Your Fundraising Page" email that contains the link to access your fundraising page dashboard. If you registered multiple individuals, each individual will need to check the email they were registered with to claim their page.
