How to Recredit a Transaction through the Classy Manager

The Classy Manager allows for transactions to be quickly viewed and edited. In this support article, we will walk through how to recredit a transaction to a different individual fundraiser, team page, or campaign.

1. Navigate to the Classy Manager
2. Navigate to the Transactions tab
3. Click to edit in the Transaction Record
4. Recredit the transaction

 

1. Navigate to the Classy Manager

From the classic dashboard view, you can click on the avatar in the top right hand of the screen.

2. Select the Transactions tab

Once in the Classy Manager, select the transactions tab to gain access to a list of all transactions that have gone through your Classy account.

3. Click to edit in the Transaction Record

The transactions tab displays all transactions that have processed through your Classy account.

From here, use the filtering and/or search function to locate the specific transaction record in need of editing. Click on the transaction record’s ID to open up the transaction record.

4. Recredit the transaction

Scroll to the Campaign section and select the Transfer button to recredit the transaction to another campaign or fundraising page.
