How to Manage the Account Time Zone

Classy admins can change the time zone of their Classy account so that all reporting will be displayed in that time zone. This article will explain how to manage this setting.

 

1. NAVIGATE TO THE CLASSY MANAGER

If you’re in the classic dashboard view,  click on the avatar in the top right-hand of the screen and select “Try the new Classy Manager.”

2. SELECT SETTINGS

Once in the Classy Manager, select the settings section to gain access to your organizational settings.

3. SELECT ORGANIZATION FROM THE SETTINGS MENU

Opening the Organization settings editor will allow you to edit high-level organizational information, including time zone.

4. SET TIME ZONE

Click the green Edit button on the top right-hand side of the screen and then scroll to the Time Zone section. Find your time zone in the drop-down menu. If it’s not listed, select Show all time zones. Save your changes by clicking Save on the top right-hand side of the screen.

All reports for the Classy account will now appear in the selected time zone. The time zone will be listed on the top right-hand side of the report.
