How to Manage Supporter Page Brand Assets

Each individual who donates to an organization using the Classy Fundraising Suite has access to an account with a Supporter Dashboard. From their dashboard, they can access a customized Supporter Page for each organization they support. This Supporter Page allows the individual to see a holistic view of their support for an organization and its programs. Organizations are able to customize design elements of the Supporter Page to create a consistent brand experience.

This support article will explain how to manage these brand and design assets.

Supporter Page Design Elements

The following Supporter Page design elements are customizable by the organization:

  • Background Image

  • Background Color

  • Header Image

  • Header URL 

  • Primary Color 

Prior to customizing these design elements, the Supporter Page will default to a placeholder based on your brand colors.

Customizing Supporter Page Design Elements

To customize these design elements, admins should do the following steps: 

1. Open the Settings Tab and select Branding2. Click the green Edit button to make your design elements editable

  • Once you click it, a save button will replace it  

3. Click on the design elements to make edits—they are explained below: 

  • Organization Profile - Typically your logo that will appear in the footer

  • ​Primary Color - Typically your primary brand color

  • ​Header Logo - Typically your logo that will appear in the header  

  • Logo Link - Typically your organization homepage

  • Banner Image - A 1280px by 450px jpg or png image file that represents your organization

4. Click Save when you are done
