The Activity Wall allows for insight into the individual supporter actions that make up your campaigns. Beyond viewing individual activity, you are able to comment on the activity to generate an email to the supporter. This support article will explain how to use the Activity Wall.
1. Navigating the Activity Wall
To Navigate to the Activity Wall, access the Classy Manager from the classic dashboard view by clicking on the avatar in the top right hand of the screen and selecting "Try the new Classy Manager."
You will see the Activity Wall upon opening the Classy Manager and can always return by clicking the ‘Home’ tab.
2. The Roll Up Numbers
The Activity Wall communicates high-level fundraising metrics associated with your account over a given time frame. While it will always default to this week, you are also able to view metrics from ‘This Month’ and ‘This Year’ (calendar year). Click on a tile to open a report detailing that figure.
3. The Campaign Activity
The campaign activity section displays all individual activity items sequentially given the specified date. Clicking the ‘Filters’ button allows for specific filters to be added.
From this view, admins are able to ‘comment’ on individual activity feed items. Commenting on this activity feed item will generate an email to that specific donor/ fundraiser. This email will pull styling and assets from the ‘comment on campaign activity’ email within the campaign email editor.
