How do I stop a chargeback?

Once a chargeback is issued by a donor, both the charity and the individual are notified immediately by Classy. Credit card issuers typically take 45 days to deliberate disputes, which would give the charity up to 45 days to get in touch with the donor so they can contact their bank and cancel the chargeback. If the payer cancels their dispute, they should then provide information from their card issuer that indicates that the dispute was canceled to the organization so that can be communicated back to Classy and the payment processor.
